Ron Reitshtein is a founding partner of Youngman Reitshtein, PLC. Ron represents clients in family law, entertainment law, and transactional and business litigation matters.
Ron’s legal experience began with an internship at the Los Angeles Superior Court for the Honorable Jessica Perrin Silvers in 2005. Since then, he has had varied experiences from criminal defense and toxic tort defense, to entertainment and bankruptcy law.
In 2007, Ron joined the firm of Gonzalez & Associates, working for Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee, Rosendo Gonzalez. Mr. Reitshtein became versed in various aspects of bankruptcy litigation and administration, business litigation, insolvency, corporate reorganization, creditor rights, and commercial law.
In law school, Ron worked as a research assistant for Entertainment Law professor F. Jay Dougherty, which led to an externship in the Entertainment and Media practice group of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP.
Ron was a Fritz B. Burns Scholarship recipient during all three years of law school. He was also a member of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society and Business Law Society, as well as a staff member and editor of his law school’s Entertainment Law Review.
Ron has a strong grasp of computer, internet and e-commerce technologies and applies this knowledge base to the cases he handles.
