Daisy Larita

Daisy Larita is a family law associate. Her passion for family law advocacy stems from years of involvement in the field.

Before becoming a California licensed attorney, Daisy was a certified law clerk at Children's Law Center of California where she advocated for children and youth, and family permanence.

During law school, Daisy was a clinical student at the Harriet Buhai Center for Family Law and assisted low-income litigants with child custody and spousal support motions, as well as requests for domestic violence restraining orders. Daisy is now a part of Harriet Buhai's Pro Bono Panel, representing low-income clients in family law matters.

Throughout law school, Daisy also worked as the legal assistant to a long-time Certified Family Law Specialist solo-practitioner in Century City. Working alongside a seasoned attorney allowed Daisy to learn about family law procedure and various private practice issues.

As an undergraduate, Daisy volunteered at the Family Law Self-Help Center located at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. There she assisted self-represented litigants with divorce and custody filings.

Daisy is a native Spanish-speaker.
