Ava Jahanvash
Ava Jahanvash is an associate attorney at Youngman Reitshtein, PLC. Since she was in law school, Ava has exclusively practiced family law and has gained great experience in all aspects of this area of law - from litigation to alternative dispute resolution and everything in between. She is passionate about helping her clients find a resolution that fits their family.
Ava is an active member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and currently serves as the Family Law Section Co-Chair (2023-2024). Previously, she was the President of the Beverly Hills Bar Association's Barristers Section (Young Lawyers).
She received her JD from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law and a Certificate from the Pepperdine Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution. During law school, Ava competed in multiple competitions with Pepperdine’s Trial Advocacy Team and was honored as the American Board of Trial Advocates Outstanding Trial Advocate of the Year. Ava was also the Student Bar Association President in her third year. She also worked in the Community Justice Clinic, Masters in Legal Studies program as a teaching fellow, and as a research assistant to a professor for whom she worked on Appeals Cases to the California Supreme Court. In her third year, she was selected by her peers, professors, and administrators for the Parris Award for Excellence in Leadership.
